I'm an instructional designer, mentor, facilitator, Scrum Master, & coach specializing in global, cross-cultural, accessible training solutions & program management.

I have over a decade of design, consulting, coaching, management, and facilitation experience and am ultra-nerdy about learning, technology, and design. I love learning - and I love helping others learn!

I hold a Master's in Intercultural Training, Leadership, & Management as well as a graduate certificate in Instructional Systems Design and Scrum Master certification. Here's a bit more about me:

⭐ I pioneered a unique inclusive training methodology combining Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Kolb's Experiential Learning that I use along with other adult learning theories to create and implement transformational learning experiences. I have a rich background in cross-cultural training and specialize in providing training solutions for multicultural & intercultural competency and DEIB.

⭐ I have created, led, and implemented learning solutions for thousands of learners across the globe on topics ranging from international business training, cybersecurity, AI usage and implementation, and even travel hacking! I am passionate about accessibility and am extensively skilled in 508 compliance.
