I'm an instructional designer who empowers IT professionals and strengthens organizational outcomes with creative and innovative AI-driven learning solutions.

I'm focused on providing inclusive learning experiences that elevate organizational outcomes and cater to the unique brain of every learner.

My friends always say that I have lived many "lives" in my career - my thirst for learning and doing is endless. As a result, I am somewhat of a jack of all trades!

⭐ Instructional Design, Consulting, & Project Management: I have been called an innovative and out-of-the-box thinker when it comes to the design, development, and consultation of training programs. I specifically focus on AI and Agile adoption to empower organizations, teams, and individuals. I have a talent for transforming highly technical and dense content into fun, creative, and easily digestible learning experiences.

⭐ Innovation and Technology Learning Strategy Development: I have led Learning & Development teams to cross-functionally collaborate with IT and leadership teams to create and implement scalable multi-year innovation and technology learning solutions.

⭐ Multimedia: I am a visual artist and am skilled in graphic design and video production. I have advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Figma, various video editing software, and other tools.

⭐ Accessibility: I completed my Master's capstone project on Universal Design for Learning and accessibility. I have spoken on this topic at conferences and conducted training worldwide. I am personally invested in contributing to a more accessible world.

⭐ Cross-Cultural/Multicultural Training: I have a track record of successfully leading and managing global learning programs for participants from over 40 countries. My Master's was completed at SIT Graduate Institute, a leader in cross-cultural training.

⭐ Scrum & Agile: I’m an Agile practitioner & hold CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), and CAL (Certified Agile Leader) licenses. I lead by the Lean Agile Mindset and am a servant leader who aims to foster a culture of psychological safety and cross-functional collaboration.

⭐ Coaching & Mentoring: I have coached and mentored over a hundred professionals into new career paths - from teaching and training to instructional and multimedia design - to open opportunities and help them achieve living the life of their dreams.
